Our licensed doctors of osteopathy and chiropractics are experts in conducting screenings for driver's license examinations. You can walk-in anytime for your convenience. Our skilled professionals will perform a comprehensive neurological evaluation to ensure your fitness for driving. This assessment helps rule out conditions such as epilepsy, narcolepsy, hysteria, and other abnormal neurological behaviors that may impact your ability to operate a motor vehicle. Rest assured, you are in good hands.

The cost of the exam is $75.

Our office offers Immigration Physicals to assist individuals in their pursuit of citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a Green Card. Guided by our USCIS Designated Civil Surgeons, we meticulously adhere to CDC, USCIS, and DHS guidelines. Our comprehensive services encompass a thorough medical examination, including paperwork completion, assessment for any physical or mental abnormalities, and verification of vaccination status. Additionally, we provide necessary vaccinations and administer tests such as RPR for applicants aged 15 or older, along with a Tuberculosis Blood Test (T-Spot) and a Gonorrhoea test. Chest X-rays are conducted as deemed necessary based on TB test results. From October 1st to April 1st, a flu shot is required. Patients are advised to bring valid government-issued photo ID, medical records, immunization records, any mental health records, and Form I-693, the immigration physical form.
